Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
New, unused, and unworn
In original condition
With all original packaging and tags attached
Items that show signs of wear or use will not be eligible for return.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Returns can be requested directly through your order once you are logged into your account on our website. Simply access your order history, select the item you wish to return, and follow the return request instructions. If you experience any difficulty, our customer care team is happy to assist.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
• Accessories (including bags, straps, keychains, hats, bag charms, PopSockets, and similar items)
• Personalized, embroidered, or custom-made pieces
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order for the desired piece.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
